We chose this chart for several reasons. Venus and Jupiter in the Scorpio 1st House are both right trine to Moon in the Pisces 5th House but Moon is elevated only be Venus. Recall the concept of intervention and her Venus intervenes blocking Jupiter. We haven’t covered it yet but another condition of elevation is when the domicile master is located in the 1st or 10th Houses. Jupiter as domicile master of the Pisces 5th is in the 1st House making Moon twice elevated.

Jupiter rules the Scorpio 1st House. Mercury is stationary but turns direct before Day+7. Venus remains stationary on Day+7 (but will go direct). Moon rules the Cancer 9th House.

Who rules the Sagittarius 2nd House? Domicile ruler Jupiter is in aversion in the 1st House. The two available fire trigon rulers are Mars and Sun and both are in the 2nd House. What do we do?

Mars is domicile master of the Sagittarius 2nd House since the chart is nocturnal. If the chart were diurnal we’d select Sun. Mars is domcile ruler and master of the Aries 6th House. Venus is domicile master of the Capricorn 3rd House. Mercury master of the Virgo 11th House.

As you might guess, he was away from home quite often. You can do “foreign travel” in Italy without ever leaving Italy. His travel away from home actually did take him to foreign countries on some occasions and his travels were beneficial and profitable for him.

Modern astrologers lie. Astrology does not.

Mars in a right square to Moon barring any mitigating factors indicates a difficult death or a violent death. Your judgment for this chart is a violent death. Versace died a violent death.

Saturn right square Jupiter can indicate any one of the following:

• Failure(s)
• Demotion, loss of position or loss of power (like it does in the chart of Kamala Harris)
• Loss of income, property or assets (like it does in Donald Trump’s chart)
• A disturbing event

We can rule out failure(s) because Jupiter is domicile master of the Scorpio 1st House and Saturn in the 10th House is domicile master of the Aquarius 4th, Gemini 8th and Libra 12th Houses.

We can rule out demotion, loss of position or loss of power because neither Jupiter nor Saturn are the domicile rulers or masters of the Leo 10th House.

We can rule out loss of income, property and assets because even though Jupiter is domicile ruler of the Sagittarius 2nd House, Jupiter is in the 1st House, not the 8th House or the 12th House and Sun and Mars are in the 2nd House with Mars as domicile master of the 2nd House.

That leaves us with a “disturbing event” because Jupiter is in the 1st House (his life) and Scorpio is a violent sign, and Saturn is the domicile master of the Libra 12th House.

The Gemini 8th House. Where is domicile ruler Mercury? In the 1st House. With respect to house delineation, that gives you domicile ruler of the 8th House in the 1st House which means he’s indirectly the cause of his own death.

Versace was shot to death in front of his home by Andrew Cunanan. The Miami-Dade Metro Police seem to think it was a random act. The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has quite a different view. The primary difference between the FBI and local police is that FBI agents must have a brain. It doesn’t have to function, but they must have one nonetheless.

It’s a good thing the FBI was called in but one can only assume the FBI was involved because Versace was White, wealthy and homosexual. If Versace had been Black (or White and poor), well, you can sing the little jingle the racist U.S. media loves:

That’s how it works in the U.S.

It appears FBI involvement was warranted since the Miami-Dade police were too incompetent to do a real investigation. Real police will create a time-line and trace the histories of victim and perpetrator for commonalities. The FBI discovered Versace and Cunanan lived in San Fransisco (California) at the same time (one of Moon’s many travels). Captain Obvious says the next obvious step is canvassing local night life, restaurants and other establishments to see if the victim and perpetrator had any prior contacts. A number of witnesses placed Versace and Cunanan together at a local club known to be a cruising bar for homosexual men on more than one occasion. Versace and Cunanan knew each other as casual acquaintances and maybe knew each in the biblical sense.

That being said, the shooting was hardly random as the Miami-Dade police claimed. There’s no way to establish a prior connection between the two using natal charts (we have also the chart of Cunanan). Predictive methods will not show a prior connection using Cunanan’s natal chart but it would show up in predictive charts for Versace since that encounter affected his Fate schema. For events that have multiple casualties such as mass shootings, plane crashes, or something akin to the World Trade Center Event, there actually is a common denominator between many of the victims but that is not true for events like murder or murder-suicide. The chart that might show a prior connection is a forensic event chart but that would require knowing the date and time of their last encounter.

Modern astrologers would probably name two asteroids “Versace” and “Cunanan” and then cast a chart because that’s what Modern astrologers do.

While we have not made any attempt to evaluate Versace’s life using primary predictive methods, it’s quite possible the disturbing event related to the Saturn right square Jupiter figure was an encounter with Cunanan. Fixed signs means one event when you have an event-based aspect like Saturn right square Jupiter. Saturn hints at sexual union (the 7th House). Using that as a basis for speculation, Versace’s prior encounter with Cunanan might have been violent (Cunanan has exalted Moon in the Taurus 1st House separating from Saturn and Moon is domicile master of the Scorpio 7th House) and it frightened Versace. Versace immediately terminated whatever relationship they had as a result of that encounter (which is always the smart move). But in doing so, Versace unwittingly made himself a target.
