Andy, you’re one of the world’s worst astrologers.
There is a lot to analyze when it comes to the astrology of a presidential election. For this post, I analyzed seven charts.
Uh, wut?
Why would you do that? Call a psychiatrist and get some pills for your OCD: Obsessive Chart-Casting Disorder.
You only needed 3 charts: The natal charts for Kamala Harris and Donald Trump and a transit chart cast any time between 12:01 am and 11:59 pm on November 5, 2024. Had you decided to use profections would have needed both candidates’ charts, profections for both, solar returns for both, and a lunation chart for each. That would be 8 charts.
You didn’t even cast the right charts.
“I can’t talk about the astrology of a presidential election without touching on this question. After all, if candidate X is “guaranteed” a cosmic win, why would anyone need to vote?”
Notwithstanding these Logical Fallacies you posed:
- Avoiding the Issue
- Begging the Question
- Far Fetched Hypothesis
- Invalid Reasoning
- Jumping to Conclusions
- Lack of Proportion
- Misrepresentation
- No True Scotsman
- Questionable Premise
a real astrologer could easily answer that question and the answer is, it’s in our nature.
Your premise is fatally flawed because at no time in human history have 100% of the people agreed on any one thing. And, thank to you and your ilk and your psycho-babbling nonsense people denigrate and ridicule astrology. So long as you and yours exist, you couldn’t get 50% of the people to actually believe astrological predictions. And even if 50% of the voting age population who weren’t lazy enough to go cast a vote, many would still go vote because it’s their civic duty.
As I always say, astrology is not a simple fortune cookie prediction.
Wow, that’s exactly what all those fraud psychics on the psychic hot-line say. It’s appropriate since you’re no different than them.
“…(in the summer of 2019, I explained that the then-forthcoming January 2020 Saturn-Pluto conjunction — which started to build in December of 2019 — would bring a major world event…and that was the beginning of the COVID19 pandemic)…”
Are you seriously attempting to take credit for predicting the STUPID-19 Pandemic?
You’re a charlatan hack who isn’t even as competent as the worst “psychic.” You claimed there would be a “major world event” which is not the same thing as predicting a pandemic.
How many times have Saturn and Pluto been conjunct in the last 325 years?
73 times.
What major world events happened?
We do not apologize for exposing you for the fraud that you are.
“But, in the same way that a favorable career transit in a person’s chart can’t play out unless the person in question engages in action,…”
When such things happen it means you misinterpreted the chart.
The reason you misinterpret charts is because you’re not really an astrologer.
In many countries, votes in a presidential election are cast in-person on one day (usually a federal holiday). This means we can look at the astrological aspects of a specific day — and transits to each candidate’s chart — to get a clear picture.
There are two problems with your Vaudeville two-step dancing act there.
First, it doesn’t matter when voting begins. A competent astrologer can determine the outcome of the election as soon as all the candidates are known.
Andy, we seem to have poser. You claim to be an astrologer and yet it seems you didn’t get the memo put out over 30 years ago proving transit-to-natal is not a predictive method. How is that possible?
This muddies the waters and brings up important questions. Should the date and time that the first ever 2024 election vote is cast (which I don’t think anyone knows) be used to create the election’s birth chart?
Wow, you really suck. See if you can wrap your teeny-tiny brain around this:
- We cast a mundane event chart for an event that has taken place
- We cast an horary chart for an event that has not taken place
If you were really an astrologer then you know that the rules of horary require the querent to have standing in order to pose a valid question. As a 3rd party you cannot, by definition, have standing to ask a question related in any way to the outcome of a political election. Because you can never have standing, you are neither entitled to know the election outcome in advance using horary, nor do you have the right to know the outcome of an election in advance using horary.
That’s why we use natal charts and predictive methods.
In the last 40 years, how many 1,000’s and 1,000’s of horary charts were cast for elections happening on Earth?
The majority of them were wrong, weren’t they? Yes. Does that disprove horary astrology? Nope. The only thing it proves is there are 1,000’s of clueless wannabe astrologers like you attempting to read a chart that was invalid and should never have been read in the first place.
There is another confounding factor: in the United States, winning the popular vote doesn’t guarantee the presidency; only the electoral vote counts.
That would be fascinating if it wasn’t for the fact that it is totally irrelevant to astrology. Do you have a freezer full of frozen Red Herrings that you thaw out and toss around to mislead people or do you fish them out of your own pond?
In a July 20, 2024 blog post I explained why it seemed highly likely that Joe Biden would drop out of the 2024 presidential race no later than July 30th (he announced his withdrawal the next day).
That doesn’t count.
Everyone except for the hardcore non-believers knew Biden would be stepping aside and it was discussed in the media for months before he actually did. To a neuro-psychologist, it was obvious in 2020 that Biden suffered from dementia. The only question was did he have Lewy-body dementia or vascular dementia? By the time we get to 2024 the answer is obviously Lewy-body dementia given the progressive deterioration.
“As I always explain to clients, astrology readings are not psychic readings.”
In your case they most certainly are psychic readings. We’re horrified to think of how many people you’ve harmed with your nonsensical nonsense.
“Transiting Pluto is squaring her [Harris’] sun and moon from January 2022 to December 2024, which signals a period of intense transformation.”
That’s standard Modern astrology psycho-babble. 100% subjective unverifiable nonsense. Uranus, Neptune and Pluto do nothing. You are such an incompetent astrologer you didn’t even get the delineation right which means you’re making things up as you go along just like a psychic.
What kind of “intense transformation”? Hmm? Would death qualify as an “intense transformation”?
The standard Modern astrology psycho-babble for transiting Pluto square natal Sun is:
“The problem is not that you will overstep your bounds but that someone else will.”
For transiting Pluto square natal Moon:
“You may change your residence or make significant changes in your present one, and again these changes will reflect changes within you.”
Looks like she did change her residence.
It may be tempting to look at Harris’ chart and think “there’s no way she’s winning the presidential election with two Pluto challenges!”. But, that ignores the nuances and complexities of astrology.
The nuances and complexities? Like what?
Jupiter is retrograde transiting her natal 1st House and ruling her Pisces 10th House. She loses the election. How freaking hard was that? Where are the complexities and nuances?
Here, Jupiter is significant because it active both as a transiting planet to her natal chart and also as a natal planet in her chart that is on the receiving end of a transit….A sextile from transiting Jupiter to natal
Mars often signals victory and success. Combined with a conjunction from transiting Uranus to her natal Jupiter, there can be ‘unexpected and welcomed success’ — like Harris winning a state that previously looked solidly in Trump’s favor.
You’re a goddam liar. You lied by omission. You omitted a material fact from your readers, namely that transiting Jupiter is retrograde.
What part of “retrograde” do you not understand?
Is the reason you flat out lied to your readers is because you’re so sodding incompetent you don’t know how to interpret a retrograde planet?
At first glance, Donald Trump’s chart might seem to signal an easy victory: he has transiting Jupiter (the planet that “bestows gifts” and facilitates progress and opportunities) in his tenth house of career, profession, and public achievements.
Which primary predictive method did you use that specifically identified Jupiter as an active transiting significator?
Your inability to answer that question proves you’re not an astrologer.
Currently, Trump also has transiting Uranus conjunct his Midheaven (the Midheaven is the cusp of the tenth house) — a powerful once-in-a-lifetime transit he has never had it before and will never have it again.
We can see why you suck. The Midheaven is the cusp of the 10th sign from the Ascendant. If you’re using a house system you’re guaranteed to fail in your interpretations and predictions.
“Trump also has has transiting Uranus squaring his natal Mars (the ruler of his ninth house of legal matters) from June of 2024 until June of 2025, with its strongest influence felt….”
Sorry, Andy, but you don’t impress us by using the corrupted house meanings Modern astrologers use. The 8th House is legal matters and lawsuits. The 9th House is government and authority (and also wisdom, learning and other related things).
If you were half the astrologer you think you are, then you should know the ass-clown Arab and Persian astrologers corrupted astrology when they stupidly substituted the original natal house meanings with horary house meanings because, well, they were just as stupid as you are.
The standard Modern astrology psycho-babble for transiting Uranus square natal Mars is:
“Watch out for impulsive actions, rash decisions and other actions that may have unexpected consequences and undesirable results in the future.”
Trump’s square from transiting Uranus to his natal Mars is quite a contrast to Kamala Harris’ chart, where transiting Jupiter is positively trining her natal Mars — a transit often linked to success and smooth progress.
In what universe did that happen? Her natal Mars is at Leo 21°. Jupiter is retrograde and transiting Gemini. Oh, sorry, that’s right. You’re so sodding incompetent you don’t know how to interpret retrograde planets.
From my standpoint, this Saturn transit to the U.S. chart, gives the Democratic Party an edge on Election Day.
Wow, you are such a loser.
The Sibley Chart is not the chart of the United States because nothing happened on July 4th. Even the United States government says nothing happened on July 4th. That is not news. It’s been a matter of historical fact and record since the year 1906. The Declaration was signed on August 2nd not July 4th.
But none of that matters because you are so ignorant and ill-informed you don’t understand that a Declaration Chart is the equivalent of a Conception Chart.
Looking at transits to a country mundane chart to predict the outcome of elections is like using transits and your natal chart to predict when you’re going to fart.
In astrology, the 29th degree (of any sign) is known as the anaretic degree and represents a sign’s super-concentrated energy.
You’re nothing but a little monkey. Monkey see; monkey do. Monkey rub his tummy. You rub your tummy. Monkey pats his head. You pat your head.
What does Capricorn 29° mean?
Let’s ask a very special snowflake who called himself Sepharial. He says it means:
“An arrow in flight. This symbol denotes an aspiring and ambitious nature, impelled by the strength of a force behind him to the attainment of a certain high or distant project.”
Houston, we have a problem.
There was another special snowflake who called himself Charubel, probably because his real name was John Thomas (British slang for “penis”) and he claimed he was clairvoyant and could talk to dead people. Charubel said the dead people told him Sepharial was wrong and the dead people told Charubel the “true” meaning of Capircorn 29° which is:
“A shepherd on the mountain top with crook in hand, looking out for the locality of his sheep. This symbol is more figurative than literal; it denotes one who, by reason of his superior powers and advantageous position in life, will be called to be a leader and a commander of a society, a community, or perchance a nation, in the capacity of president.”
Then there were 2 other special snowflakes but they didn’t have cool-sounding names. They were Marc Jones and Elsie Wheeler and they were clairvoyants. The said the meanings of Charubel were, um, you know, “hurtful.”
We put “hurtful” in quotes because that is what Elsie Wheeler actually said.
So she went into a trance and saw visions and Marc Jones drew them. You know them as Sabian symbols. She said Capricorn 29° was a “meteorite falling on a mountain-top” but then another snowflake named Dane Rudhyar said the was all wrong and it really means A WOMAN READING TEA LEAVES which means a true clairvoyant.
A true clairvoyant? That’s an oxymoron.
And then there was another guy named Cochrane who said it means:
“Rich, colorful imagination. Too future-oriented and needs to concentrate more on the tasks at hand. Inclined to gamble and speculate. Sensitive and intuitive.“
So, what does Capricorn 29° mean?
It means whatever you want it to mean. You can make up any meaning you want because that’s what those whack-job psychos did and if you search you’ll find more than 100 books about anaretic/critical degrees and every single one of them is in conflict with the others.
It’s a freaking joke. If you want to be a sucker, fine, but don’t you dare say that crap has anything to do with astrology because it does not. There is no such thing as an “anaretic degree.“
Here are some key lessons I’ve learned:
We like to give credit where credit is due.
You owned up to your failed prediction unlike so many others who deleted their blog posts or took down their Useless Tube videos to hide their spectacular failures.
That hints that you might actually be a moral person in which case we beg you to stop harming people. The fact that you charge people money for “consulting” is frightening given that you don’t know what you’re doing.
But, the real problem is you didn’t learn anything. All you did was double-down on the stupidity.
The reason you failed is because you violated every single rule of astrology possible and so long as you continue to violate the rules of astrology you will always fail.
For the 2024 election, I examined only seven charts—significantly fewer than the 19 I analyzed for my 2020 presidential election post.
Like we said, you’re the OCD astrologer: Obsessive Chart-Casting Disorder.
It wouldn’t matter if you cast 100 charts so long as you continue to do everything the wrong way you will never get it right. You didn’t get the 2020 Election right. You had a 50-50 chance and you got lucky which does not prove your methods work.
Had I applied the same method this time, I would have noticed that the Harris/US composite chart had an unaspected Sun, a Mars-Neptune square, and a Pluto-Moon square—astrological indicators of difficulty connecting with the public
.Modern astrology is a total fail.
How people feel or how other people feel about them is not what determines the outcomes of elections.
The timing of key events is a fundamental principle in astrology, and the 2024 election reinforced just how important the official nomination charts from each party’s convention are.
Re-examine the 2025 Inauguration Chart
No, Andy. Those charts are irrelevant and even more so because you can’t even interpret charts right.
Give More Weight to Day-of Lunar Aspects
Transit-to-natal is not a predictive method and never was. The fact that people like you who have no idea what they’re doing continue to use them does not make that a valid technique.
Andy, you failed because you violated the rules of astrology.
- You use house systems which are never used to interpret charts
- You used the corrupted Modern astrology meanings instead of the original meanings
- You use Uranus, Neptune and Pluto in spite the proven fail rate for interpretations using them
- You make up meanings for transiting aspects and even that wouldn’t be so bad except how people feel or more correctly how you think people should can never indicate the outcome of anything.
- You’re not even novice level because even a novice can correctly interpret a retrograde planet
Why were so many other House systems created and why do people believe they are accurate? I have heard that some people find Whole Signs to be too basic or not nuanced enough or that house systems like Placidus adds another layer.
